Russ Blake

Co Pastor / Interim Youth

Russ, along with his lovely wife, Cindy, started Crossroads as a church plant. They have a huge heart for the community of Yelm, and are always smiling, friendly faces. Russ and Cindy really are at the heart of Crossroads, loving and welcoming all who come through the doors. They have four lovely children, and a herd of grandchildren! You will hear frequently a "Go Packers," a "Go Dodgers," or a "Go Lakers" from Russ on a Sunday morning, but most importantly you will hear a "God is good" declared.

Debbie MacNealy

Worship Director

Debbie is a spunky red head whose strong love for the Lord is greatly reflected in her music and worship. She has over 20 years of experience recording her own Christian music albums and performing live for numerous audiences.  In addition to weekly Sunday worship, Debbie utilizes her creative skills towards Crossroads' yearly Christmas play and other specialty worship services and events throughout the year. Debbie has developed an amazing team of people, all of whom have huge hearts for worship, and each week they bring a fantastic worship experience to Crossroads. Debbie and her husband Pat have two married daughters and three grand daughters.  They love riding their motorcycles, performing with their band Clownfish and enjoying time with friends.

Laura is the person to talk to for just about everything, and is at the front lines of making the machine that is Crossroads run smoothly. Laura is often found with a smile on her face, a cup of coffee in hand, and wearing some form of purple attire.

Cyndie Doud

Cyndie has been working at Crossroads since 2015, and is such a warm presence when you walk through the doors. Cyndie  makes your day warm and bright with her friendly smile. Cyndie, her husband, and their children are a bundle of fun, and we encourage you to get to know them.

Greg Ireland

Greg and his family have been a part of the Crossroads family since 2007.  They have walked with Crossroads as it has "grown up" from a Church plant into what it is today and Crossroads has walked with Greg as he has "grown up" into his role as a Bi-Vocational Associate Pastor.  Greg's passion is to see the Church expanding and equipped for mission around the world.  A graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary (Mdiv: 2018), Greg has over 15 years of leading and participating in missional activities around the world.  From smuggling Bibles into China years ago, to serving on the Board of Directors of HIS International today, Greg brings a wealth of experience and know how to the area of International Missions at Crossroads.

Justin Doud

Facility Director

Justin joined the Crossroads Staff in 2020 as the Facility Director.  He’s an 18 year Active Duty veteran stationed at McChord where he works as a mechanic on the
C-17 aircraft.  When he gets free time, he loves working with his hands and can usually be found working on a project in the garage or under his truck, however, he has been known to geek out on video games as well.  He and his wife Cyndie, who is also on staff, keep pretty busy with two teenagers still at home.  Justin is excited to be a part of the team and is grateful to join in on God’s work here at  Crossroads.
