MEGA Sports Camp® Mission Cup VBS invites kids to view their sports as an opportunity to make a difference, inspired by the excitement and purpose behind the world’s biggest soccer competition. This theme connects kids’ passion for sports with their journey of faith, showing them, how athletic skills and dedication can be used to make a positive impact and fulfill the unique purpose God has for their lives.

Just as athletes dedicate themselves to rigorous training with the goal of reaching the world’s biggest competitions, Mission Cup teaches kids to live “on mission.” Like the soccer stars who compete on the world stage, kids will be challenged to develop qualities that make a lasting impact: To show focus on what truly matters,  respect to others, humility in victory,  endurance in challenges, and leadership in uncertainty.
We will be outdoors most of the morning. We will provide breakfast, a snack, and many water breaks. A more detailed schedule will be provided before the first day of camp.

CHECK IN/OUT PROCEDURE

MONDAY CHECK IN
The doors open at 8:30am for check in. Please enter through the main entrance.
  • STOP 1 - Get your child's crew number for the week.
  • STOP 2 -Drop off your child at their crew row in the Auditorium.
  • STOP 3 - Get your pick up tags in the lobby (TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR TAGS)
TUESDAY - THRUSDAY CHECK IN
The doors open at 8:45am for check in. Please enter through the main entrance.
  • STOP 1 -Drop off your child at their crew row in the Auditorium.
CHECK OUT
We will conclude each day at 12:00pm.  Please park and come inside to pick up your children at their crew row.  Please bring your crew numbers for pickup to the crew leaders. If you forgot your pick up tag, please go to the registration table to get a pick up tag.

MEGA DAY LINE UP

Opening Rally

You’ll start the day with an Opening Rally packed with music, an intro video, and lots of fun! This is a great time to review the theme and verse of the day.

Sports Session 1

Kids will split into groups and learn basic skills for sports through fun and simple drills.

Coach Huddle

After the first Sports Session, coaches will reinforce the theme and verse of the day during the Coach Huddle.

Sports Session 2

After meeting with their coaches, kids will go over the skills they learned earlier and practice game-like drills.

Half Time Rally/Snack

Gather the whole group for a video that highlights a kid athlete and connects to the life-changing message of Jesus.

Closing Rally

In the Closing Rally, you’ll build excitement for the next day and send kids home with some fun activities and the daily theme.

Sports Session 3

During the final sports session, kids put their new skills into play during scrimmages.
